I started as Trainer Bryan, hands-on and deep in the work, helping real people change their lives through training, structure, and discipline. I was not just building programs. I was learning how people actually operate when life gets heavy, how they make decisions under pressure, and how they show up when nobody is watching. That understanding became the foundation for everything I have built since.

Then I left fitness and walked away from everything I loved about myself to chase growth in business. I landed at a top-five commercial real estate brokerage as a CRE broker and the Urban Dallas Market Director in the retail division, earning prestigious leasing assignments at iconic downtown Dallas high-rise office towers. From 2019 to 2022 I did not just survive the COVID era. I managed a transaction pipeline and closed more than fifty commercial lease transactions before stepping away in December 2022.

Somewhere in the middle of all that, I wrote a book called Achieve Sales Excellence. It is eighteen-plus years of sales experience across fitness, freight, commercial real estate, financial services, and SaaS, distilled into a methodology that actually works. Not theory, not motivational fluff, but a system built from closing real deals with real people in real industries.

I learned how to lead. I learned how successful people operate under pressure. And I learned something that changed everything. Most businesses, from small shops to well-run mid-market operations with strong leadership, are quietly drowning in inefficiency. They know AI is coming.
