These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of flowvrzn.com (the "Site") and the information and tools we make available on it. The Site is operated by FlowVrzn LLC ("FlowVrzn," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Who we are and what the Site does

FlowVrzn is a Claude implementation agency. The Site describes our services, lets you estimate value with the ROI calculator, and lets you request a Spark Assessment. The Site itself does not sell anything. Any engagement, package, or add-on is quoted and sold separately under its own agreement or statement of work.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. If you use it on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to act for that company.

Informational content, not advice

Content on the Site, including the ROI calculator and any figures, scores, or recommendations, is provided for general information. The ROI calculator produces estimates based on the inputs you supply and stated assumptions. It is not a guarantee of results, and it is not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Your actual outcomes depend on your business and how solutions are implemented.

Bookings and communications

When you request a Spark Assessment, scheduling is handled through Google's appointment tools and the call runs on Google Meet. By submitting the form, you agree that we may contact you about your request. We do not run spam or automated follow-up sequences.

Pricing

Prices shown on the Site are for reference and may change at any time. The price and scope that apply to you are the ones set out in the agreement for your specific engagement, which controls if it differs from the Site.

Intellectual property

The Site, its content, design, and branding are owned by FlowVrzn LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. Claude is a product of Anthropic, and Claude and Anthropic marks belong to Anthropic. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Site without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, scrape or harvest data, introduce malicious code, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Third-party services and links

The Site relies on and links to third parties such as Google, Anthropic, Vercel, and Xano. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowVrzn and its members and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FlowVrzn harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
