FlowVrzn LLC ("FlowVrzn," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit flowvrzn.com or request a Spark Assessment, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you book a Spark Assessment or join our waitlist, we collect what you submit: your name, work email, company, and optionally your phone number, team size, and a short description of what you want AI to help with. When you contact us, we collect whatever you choose to include in that message.

Scheduling through Google

We schedule Spark Assessments using Google's appointment scheduling, and calls run on Google Meet. When you pick a time, the details you enter on Google's scheduling page are handled by Google under its own privacy policy. We receive your booking and contact details from that confirmation.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and backend record standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. If we enable web analytics, it may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure traffic and how the funnel performs. None of this is used to build advertising profiles, and we do not run ads.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule and conduct your Spark Assessment.
• To prepare a recommendation and, if you move forward, deliver our services.
• To send you information related to the request you made. We do not run spam or automated follow-up sequences.
• To operate, secure, and improve the site and our offerings.
• To comply with the law and enforce our terms.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed:

• Service providers who run our infrastructure on our behalf, including Xano (backend and database), Vercel (hosting), Google (scheduling and video), Anthropic (the Claude AI that powers Commander), and a web analytics provider if enabled.
• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.
• Business transfers, if FlowVrzn is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will honor this policy.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to serve the purpose it was collected for, to maintain our business records, and to meet legal obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of non-essential communications at any time. To make a request, email us at hello@flowvrzn.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, and we will honor them.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here.
